Mariah Millen

Mariah Millen is another Olympian with a rich heritage. Her father, John Millen, is an I14 World Champion, America’s Cup crew member, and took the bronze medal in the Flying Dutchman at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul.

Mariah transitioned from the 29er to the 49erFX in 2016, teaming up with Ali ten Hove. The pair were named to the Canadian National Sailing Team in 2018, and quickly climbed the ranks, reaching a career-high ranking of 7th in the world. The team represented Canada at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, finishing 16th. In 2023, they secured a silver medal at the Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile.

Mariah is dedicated to training and continues to build on her impressive sailing career. With a legacy of excellence and a bright future ahead, Mariah is set to continue making her mark in Canadian sailing.
